Dialysis Services
This is a 10 bed unit where renal failure (acute or chronic) patients are treated. The Unit is open 24/7 and is manned by highly qualified and experienced doctors, nurses and other support staff.
Having in mind that each dialysis session takes four hours there are television sets with Digital Satellite Television (DStv) connection and meals that suit renal patients dietary requirements are served, to make patients feel at home.
The Unit is also used as a referral for government hospitals, private hospitals and patients from neighboring countries.
The Unit has 5 state of the art Fresenius Haemodialysis Machines and conducts Haemodialysis, Haemodiafiltration, Haemofiltration. The Hospital also offers Peritoneal Dialysis. Strict Hospital infection control measures are adhered to.
