PARKING
The Hospital has extensive parking facilities on the hospital’s grounds. However parking is at owner’s risk.

KIOSK
The Hospital Kiosk caters for most of the basic needs and is open from 7.00 hours to 18.00 hours.

TELEPHONES
There are telephone booths which use prepaid cards located in strategic places within the hospital where patients and visitors can make private calls. Prepaid telephone cards can be bought from the hospital’s main reception.

RESTRICTED AREAS
There are certain areas where entry is restricted to staff only. The western corridor that leads to the theatres and the ICU are some of the restricted areas. Visitors are asked to follow instructions from our security personnel.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the hospital premises at all times.

FIRE EXITS
There are exit signs in strategic areas of the hospital in case of an emergency. Please make sure you know where these are.

VALUABLES
The hospital does not take responsibility for any loss of patient’s valuable items and will not consider any claims regarding this matter. Should you prefer to keep any valuable articles or money, it will be at owner’s risk.

SECURITY
The hospital’s security guards may check patients and guardians bags for security reasons. We request everyone to cooperate with them as they exercise this routine security task.
